What participation means
Beta software is unfinished. Features may change, stop working, or be withdrawn while Mnera learns from controlled testing. Participation does not change the separate consent required to connect a work source.
02
Invitation information
Mnera asks only for the official Google account email needed for Google Play testing, the Apple Account email needed for TestFlight, or both. Those addresses are used to manage the private invitation and its audit state.
03
Safe and authorized testing
- Use test or permitted information while features are being validated.
- Share only work and personal information you are authorized to share.
- Do not harass or threaten people, expose private information, impersonate others, distribute spam or malware, promote hate, or share illegal or sexually exploitative content.
- Report unexpected behavior without including another person’s private information.
- Do not rely on an unverified AI proposal as authoritative memory.
- Keep consequential actions under human review.
Before using person-to-person chat or meetings, each tester must also accept the current Communication Safety & Acceptable Use policy. The current communication policy version is mnera-communication-safety-1.0.
04
Reporting, blocking, and moderation
The beta app lets a person report a chat message, meeting, or meeting participant. Reports go only to authorized Mnera moderators as content-free identifiers and one chosen category. A moderator can request only the smallest governed source excerpt needed for review, with every access audited. A person can also block another participant. Blocking stops new direct chat and meeting contact between those people and removes that relationship from an active meeting; it does not silently erase governed records or change source permissions.
Mnera may limit, suspend, or remove access when needed to protect people, work boundaries, or the service. A tester may ask for a decision to be reviewed through the dedicated support route at mnera.online/support and the dedicated support@mnera.online mailbox assigned to the controlled beta's human support monitor, using the report reference shown by the app.
05
You can leave
You may withdraw the beta request from your account. Mnera will stop treating the invitation as active and remove it from the managed tester cohort through the applicable store workflow. Store-side processing may not be immediate.
The Privacy & Stewardship statement covers the related account, invitation, feedback, and deletion records.
